3.1. Online payments may be made using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards. We reserve the right to change the accepted payment methods at any time. 

3.2. All online payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway service provider. We are not directly involved in the online payment processing and do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

3.3. Upon initiating a transaction, you will be directed to the payment gateway. You will be presented with a confirmation screen to verify the transaction details. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all information entered is accurate. 

3.4. We shall not be liable for transactions that are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry by you or for any loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

5.3. If a refund is approved, it will be processed only to the original credit/debit card used for the transaction. Any applicable merchant service fees or other bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. User Warranties By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: 

6.1. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 

6.2. You have the appropriate authority to validly accept these Terms and will meet all your obligations. 

6.3. The credit/debit card used for the payment is issued in your name, and you are authorized to use it. 

6.4. You will honor the payment and pay the card issuer all charges incurred. 

6.5. All information supplied by you is true, complete, and correct.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, costs (including legal costs), or expenses of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of using the Service.
